Constant Nose Bleeds - What's Going On?

I live ~4500 ft and the dry air in the winter always makes my nose bleed. Your nose probably isn't used to dry, frozen air. I put Vaseline or chapstick on q tips and rub it in my nostrils at night... feels horrible but it helps. Don't blow your nose too hard.

I’m in Texas.. idk what the altitude is here LOL, I’ve never gotten nosebleeds before :( I went on Wellbutrin and they started, so I got off it, but they’re still happening, pretty frequently.. could it be weather changes? Dry nostrils? Or the sign of something bigger?
