A problem I have frequently is the need to stim physically, I want to run around and jump and bounce off the walls. But, I'm physically disabled so really I can't without being in severe pain or seriously injuring myself. What should I do?

If your sims involve the movement, finding toys you can swing and feel the momentum of would help, like the noodle toys. If it's the physical contact, try tappy toys. Like a band you can tap on your arms or legs.

Right!! I have the same issues with being AuDHD with chronic pain, my body needs to run and jump and swing my arms but it can be really painful. I haven't seen many people talking about how to stim with physical disabilities or chronic illness :/
I have the same issue, one way I've dealt with it before is laying down and flailing my arms and legs (CAREFULLY). Low impact full body stimming! Another good way to get it out is to get resistance bands, they're cheap and you can put a lot of force/effort in. Something you could do from bed or even in a wheelchair. Bouncybands is a brand that has stuff made for kids at school to stim while at their desks, maybe look into some of their stuff!
You can redirect your stimming behavior to something you actually can do without hurting yourself. I like high energy fighting video games, chewing, and rocking/ leg bouncing/flapping to replace body stims like that
My partner recommends Stimtastic for any fidget stuff, if that ends up helping.
@Skylarkbard stimtastic closed a few years ago, but there are lots of great places on etsy to get cool stim stuff from! There are also a few masterlists of stim shops sorted by country, if you poke around google!
@KirbyWirby That's so sad! But good to know, thank you!
I am a similar way, I have fidget/anxiety rings(I got an 8 pack from Amazon) and that helps a bit, it's more of a distraction rather than a solution. Additionally depending on how much pain I'm and if I have access to one I will sit in a spinny chair and spin until I feel less like I need to stim physically.
