Frustrated with Stimming: Seeking Advice

does anyone feel frustrated when stimming? for instance; when im using a fidget toy, i have to spin it as hard and as fast as possible (but it isnt possible). Same thing with vocal stims, i cant do it loud enough or fast enough, these things are humanly impossible. how do i avoid this?
