Any other autistics not know what to do with your body when you are super excited, like I feel like I need to go run a marathon and even that wouldn’t be enough.

Sometimes I'll do some gentle rocking or some leg bouncing Before an injury and my fibro got worse, I would run just to burn some of it off, those cases may be more of a sprint to get the energy off quickly vereus saving long runs for not as intense moments

Yeah but I figured out it was largely because I was masking so much I wasn't stimming to get that excited energy out at all and until I just let myself stim it started putting me into a manic and overwhelmed state and I'd frequently have a meltdown. What works best for me in that specific situation is flapping my hand and arms so it's frequently very noticeable and can be embarrassing in public but it's better than having a meltdown

when I get overwhelmed with people I would hide in the closet or under the bed or hide under the blanket but sometimes I can't do that. Like when in public I try to ignore it the best I can.

My dad got an elliptical during quarantine and when I'm feeling some intense emotions, be it excitement, anxiety, anger, stress, etc. I just get on the elliptical and go as fast as I can for a little while. It helps me get my energy out in a healthy way. I also have some 3kg dumbbells that I thrifted and I use those to release built up energy too, but those I'm more careful with since I don't want to accidentally break something.

I like to dance to music, just put on an upbeat song and go ham. I've also found jumping in the air as high as i can is good for when i feel like that

When I am anxious, I feel the need to exercise and it really does help. Whether it's good or bad anxiety. I like to run and I feel that really helps to expend all that built up energy. It doesn't make it go away completely but it helps substantially.
