Managing Emetaphobia and Chronic Nausea

how do people manage having this issue. I also have emetaphobia and with the chronic nausea that I've had since I was a small child it never went away. gave me an eating disorder that wasn't treated until last year, and I've had every test under the sun. they say its anxiety, but I have no triggers at all. anyone know what kind of job you have that makes this more manageable. I was denied disability due to lack of proof because they can't find what's wrong. been out of work now since Feb and irs almost impossible to keep a job due to the lack of reliability
