Tips for coping with emetophobia?

Any other emetophobes have tips for getting through the day? I can barely leave the house. I constantly feel like I’m over eating, constantly checking food labels, etc. I can’t even ride in a car unless I’m driving. I have a trip next month and I’m absolutely terrified to ride on a plane. I have to do college online. I can’t go out. It’s bad. I’ve been in therapy for this for years and nothing seems to be working. I just want to get better. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am commenting mainly because I am the exact same way - I haven't found a way to cope with it, but I am seemingly always nauseous and that makes me *panic*. I hardly trust food from some restaurants, I can't handle most leftovers, I avoid everything I've ever eaten that made me sick even once...I hate that I waste the food but that guilt is slightly better than the panic.
