anyone have any advice how to get my life back on tack lol i feel like i can’t get out of old bad habits

You can start by removing people who were connected to your bad habits.. for instance a person who is trying to stop drinking shouldn’t be around the people they use to get drunk with… no saying this is you however you would do it the same.. for bad eating habits you wouldn’t go to the same restaurants where you eat horrible food.. i hope I’m making sense lol

One thing that has helped with me is action/behavior before thoughts. I make myself physical do the good thing and just do it over and over again to sort of begin the process of fixing things in my life. Also keep in mind stuff is hard and that’s normal and ok and so is messing up. Just keep at the good stuff
