Progress can come from many different things, like new friends, new hobbies, different routines, relaxation, and getaways to name a few. It may be a difficult way, but you can do it, I believe in you!
Pick the smallest positive change you can get yourself to take. Take that step, and congratulate yourself for it. Celebrate it however you want. Pick something else the next day. Learning to be your own coach is perhaps a good place to start. But then again, it’s not easy so don’t beat yourself up if you don’t get it right the first couple of times. Who knows if this will work as I myself struggle too, but gotta start somewhere
