So I have bpd and when I start splitting because my husband is mean .. I start to think I’m a burden I hate him so much I get upset adrenaline pumping and emotions are very strong … idk why he makes me act that way

      I’m a male and my fiancé makes me act the same way. It comes down to emotional regulation and for me that isn’t always enough I’m afraid.
