      @meraki Agree totally, DBT teaches great stuff but turning that into a daily routine has been difficult to say the least...

      Dbt for sure, but I've had a history of giving up easily on it and struggled committing. If you use Facebook I'd recommend a good support group. There are so many huge and big groups of people without judgement, and talking out my feelings and issues has helped the most. But if you can hold yourself accountable with dbt, that's the best way to achieve that honestly. I've been on many medications but meds won't be anywhere near as effective without talking it out.
