how do i manage my bpd in my daily life? it seems impossible

      Find a good support team and be patient, change takes time.... Learn some coping skills and to your best to action them.. DBT is great but you have to work hard at it and be really committed to change... There is no easy fix for us and that sux... I find mindfulness and Gratitude to be helpful and also journal... Putting what's in our heads on paper can be quite healing... You can burn it after lol. Wishing all the best my fellow BPD friend... You are enough!

      i’m actually in dbt right now & have been for a few months, but it doesn’t seem to be helping in the slightest ):

      I totally get that. my biggest problem is relationships. I don't think I've had one healthy friendship or partnership. what really helps me is music. listening to music really helps me express how I feel, and honestly finding like minded people who understand what your going through really helps
