Being an autistic person with a job, this sucks. I’m so exhausted, overstimulated, and just feel awful constantly, any tips?

      I feel this and would like some feedback as well. It’s also hard to tell your boss and leadership about it. If it gets too rough, please don’t be afraid to ask for accommodations. (Ex. Extra breaks, sensory friendly materials, etc.)
