Dealing with Autism and Overwhelming New Job

I just started a new job and I'm dealing with a lot of people and human interaction. It's all so new to me and overwhelmed me so much I woke up to an autistic meltdown. How do you guys bounce back from them?

I am so sorry for your struggle in this adjustment. I completely understand. I have been at my current job for almost a month in customer service. I require lots of down time. Often at night when I get home, I need no questions, my soft blanket, comfortable clothes and no expectations. Basically undo all of the oversensitization and allow my brain to recover. I hope this all makes sense. Whatever you find comfort in, go straight to that and get as much sleep as you can. Remember, you can only do what you can do and that is enough.
