I get information overload quite often, especially when in autistic burnout, and I’m not sure how to make it easier or better. Does anyone deal with this and have any advice? My brain fog and fatigue from other conditions, plus the ineffectiveness of my meds for ADHD at certain times of my menstrual cycle, just make it feel impossible to keep up with anything.
