I'm working on trying to get diagnosed as autistic, I can to the realization that it explains my whole life about a year ago. I feel like after really figuring that out, I started noticing more and more things that I do that I wasn't exactly doing before but it makes me feel so much better. like giving myself time to be worn out from interactions, dealing with the fact that every bit of noise that I hate bothers me and I can just leave instead of forcing myself to stay. Anyone else who has gone through this? Any advice?
