      Something that has helped me is breathing techniques, 5 seconds breathing in 3 seconds hold then 7 seconds breathing out slowly

      So I had bad social anxiety, I joined my schools choir, and that got me kinda out of my bubble. And I work in retail so I have to talk to people so it's all kinda helping me slowly break out of my shell

      I would say get anxiety rings! thatā€™s what usually helps because i fidget a lot! listening to music and taking deep breaths usually helps sometimes. As far as socially, i always try to go into a conversation knowing what i want to talk about with someone. if the conversation begins to get weird, thatā€™s where i dip
