Hello There! I hope you all are having a good day! Ever since late 2019-early 2020, my Social Anxiety has kept growing, to a point where talking to more than one person or a group of people can be very different. If you have any advice or tips you can give, I would greatly appreciate it. :)

      It helps me to have some silly putty or a small super squishy street ball or something similar to squeeze and fidget with in situations where I'm around a lot of people or feeling anxious.

      If you can find a therapist to do CBT for Social Anxiety, that can help you make progress long term. It’s not easy, but it’s pretty effective

      than that is a coping strategy and some other good ones can be gaming, taking a bath, exercise, and having someone to talk to

      Try wearing a hoodie and listen music because that's a coping strategy that I use

        @secretsthaticantsay I do like to listen to music and keep myself distracted! It does seem to help keep more calm. Apperciate the advice!
