I make sure to remember to breathe (nostril style 😎) and if I need to chill I take these sort of whole-second ("one-banana") blinks instead of just blinking normally. It kinda helps me as like a grounding technique.

There are smooth rocks you can run you thumb across that are good, i try to never go out alone and then just talk to the person or people im with and ignore everyone else

I like bringing comfort items with me, like fidget toys and my keys. I'm very socially anxious too and I hate going places alone.
