Every night since 2017, I have struggled to fall asleep. My anxiety was okay since 2011-2016. but 2017-now, it's gotten bad. it can't slep because of thoughts like this: "What if people make fun of me tomorrow?" "Have I been doing something wrong?" "Do My friends actually like me? Wait. I don't have friends." I believe my anxiety is causing this, but does anyone have any tips to help me clear these thoughts?

I have found apps like loóna have been a big help to me. I take melatonin each night, use a weighted blanket, and then lay down to use the app loóna. It helps to focus my mind on a story and visual to complete. It's relaxing and gets me out of my own head.
