      Don’t feel alone… my anxiety never fails to come alive the second I rest my head on my pillow and end up staying up for hours knowing I work for next time which increases my anxiety even more

      have you tried journaling? i highly recommend it since it can help with getting some of your thoughts out!

      i struggle with the same thing! however i notice the nights i don’t go on my phone right before bed my anxieties SIGNIFICANTLY reduce. so i would try not going on your phone for at least 45 minutes before bed:) i also find writing down my daily anxieties and stresses in a notebook before sleeping helps me!
