just wanted to talk about my anger issues, i wasn’t sure what category to put this under. i’ve been getting much more angry as of recently, going quiet on people or throwing items to release my anger. i’ve realized that it’s a really bad habit of mine, but every time it happens i can’t let it go and i just end up feeling extremely guilty afterward. it usually starts up when i’m in a more competitive mood playing games with others or even myself. if it doesn’t go my way, i get pissed off and i wish it would stop. does anyone have tips on how to snap out of it, or at least lessen the anger i feel? thanks in advance.

      Have you tried breathing techniques? If so, do the inhale hold exhale one, but try exhaling on your thumb. Think about the sensation or describe it in you mind if you need
