      if its accessible for you, i love adventures! mostly adventures where i can spend time with animals or people i care about! theres an aquarium five minutes from my house thats not too busy so whenever im feeling down i grab my best friend and we go to the aquarium! i know its not very instant or in the moment but i also feel long term it helps me. knowing if i am anxious theres places i can go. explore your town and find safe places that are accessible or a nearby city (cities always have beautiful hidden gems!)
