Working out or walking are really good Sleeping well Limit caffeine and alcohol Use breathing exercises Talking to someone you trust about your anxiety And eating well

if its accessible for you, i love adventures! mostly adventures where i can spend time with animals or people i care about! theres an aquarium five minutes from my house thats not too busy so whenever im feeling down i grab my best friend and we go to the aquarium! i know its not very instant or in the moment but i also feel long term it helps me. knowing if i am anxious theres places i can go. explore your town and find safe places that are accessible or a nearby city (cities always have beautiful hidden gems!)
