Is there a good way to help with focusing without taking medication for my ADHD? I had an allergic reaction to mine.

A lot depends on nutrition, sleep, and exercise. I mean SO much. Getting plenty of outdoor activity in the sunshine out in nature, too. A diet high in whole foods based micronutrients and phytochemicals is really important, and a focus on gut health. Berries are wonderful, especially the really dark juicy ones. Make sure to also take plenty of time to unwind and relax in quality rest, not just mindless vegging. Take breaks for your brain to unwind throughout the day. Go for a walk or take a shower when you need to reset. And be thankful for your allergy... I wish I would have never taken the stuff. Made me sooooo sick.
