Alternative treatments for ADHD?

Other than prescribed medications, are there other ways in order to help with adhd?

I use the 🪴 it is scientificly proven that people with adhd are more likely to try it than anyone else. It does help me slow down enough to gather my thoughts.

Essentially Oils worked for a little bit. I would always keep a little scent container that looked like a chapstick tube. When I noticed I couldn't sit still I would take a quick sniff and it would help me stay focused for a hot minute
