How do you cope with ADD/ADHD? I can never focus on my homework and am always doing too many things at once.

I listen to my favorite music to make tasks more enjoyable, it's also good to take breaks and kinda re-energize a bit. I take ashwagandha gummies daily to help with my focus and memory. I also take guanfacine (prescribed) and that has really helped. I still suck at focusing since there's usually alot going on for me at home (also haven't been able to get my damn prescriptions :/) but these are things that have helped me

Snacks. For Math or Science, I used grapes. Every question I finished I ate a grape. English or longer essay paper stuff, I would take breaks. No more than an hour.

Breaking it down into portions tends to help me with my work. Or checklists. Music *PREMAKE THE PLAYLIST*
