Non-medical ways to treat ADHD: Seeking advice

What are some ways I can treat my ADHD without medicine? My biggest struggle is low energy and focus. I'm not talking about things like "exercise" and "eating the right food" I'm already working on those things. Thanks!

Medicidation is the best thing that every happened to me, I highly encourage you to try it! Adderall is non-tollorance forming and you can easily be taken off of by a doctor. To answer your question: I use phone alarms and a planner to keep on top of everything and focus. I also try and sit in a place without distractions (quiet room, curtains down, nothing within reaching distance) when I need to focus on something. I also have a fidget if my hands will be free (ex: reading for school), and take scheduled breaks. (Hour working, half hour video games/videos/whatever)

I found that getting a good night's sleep is really important. Also, I bought myself some noise canceling headphones, and they really help me focus when I'm trying to clean up my house!

Fidget toys and making your space more adhd friendly. Executive function is pretty nonexistent for us so if you make a necessary task as easy as possible you are more likely to do it. For example if you need to wash the laundry more consistently through the week out your laundry near the laundry room and sort it as you take it off into separate hampers. That way when you go to do it it’s not a collecting, sorting, moving and doing task it’s just a dumping task. Finding a way to simplify or remove steps in menial tasks makes them much easier for people with terrible executive function.

I meditate, which can be considered exercise, I suppose. But, I'll put on a motivational mediation video with chill music or rain and just sit for a little bit, maybe even sleep. It almost, like, restarts my brain so that I can start anew.
