      I’ve always hated journaling; it’s felt like too much of a task. But recently when I feel myself starting to get overwhelmed with emotions, that’s when I write it all out and it’s really helped. That way there’s no “journal your thoughts everyday” commitment, but i’m not hoarding onto those negative thoughts all day when I get them either! I’ve also been struggling with my depression really bad, so I’ve been trying to say out loud each day just 3 minor things I’m grateful for
