As dumb as it sounds, color grounding and the 4-7-8 breathing take the edge off for me. And I like to use Bach's Rescue Remedy as another way to take myself down a notch. I also enjoy the process of making myself a cup of chamomile tea. Sorry you're having a bad time!

Different types of breathe work. Meditation. Taking a walk in nature . Listening to the birds. Journaling . Long bubble baths.Helping others helps me feel better .
