Symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, or ADHD?

are my symptoms related to my depression and anxiety or adhd? I sometimes find myself getting overestimated in situations with a lot going on such as at work in a retail store. when I find myself getting that way I tent to want to cry or get angry at the smallest inconvenience and I prefer to be alone when I find myself feeling like that.

I do the same thing but mine is typically with my anxiety. As soon as my anxiety starts to raise I start to either cry or get angry. I personally have to walk away from the situation and try it again after a few minutes.

I do find my self losing my temper, my emotions get the best of me. My emotional disregulation is driving me crazy. I believe it's the adhd, but I can't get help because I'm on suboxone, I either have to be actively using opiates for them to help me or go to a drug treatment center, which in my case would be moving backwards. I think if you haven't talked to you're doc about the adhd , then you should. And if you have and they aren't helping, I would look for a psychiatrist who's also a neurologist. If you want to talk about it I'm open. Good luck.
