I have ADHD pretty severely and it amplifies my emotions and I've been really salty and pissed off lately. I don't enjoy being around people especially my dad and it's like everything has been irritating me lately. I still live at home and I really really want to get out because it's ruining my mentality. I don't like being irritated and rude but I just feel so trapped. it doesn't help that we struggle financially and I can't get the professional help I need. I'm so tired and frustrated. it's like Idk what happiness is anymore either but idk what to do.
