I feel like I'm struggling with the emotional side of my ADHD more recently. I really don't want to be on meds. Also can't afford to see a therapist/counseling. Anyone have any Suggestions on what to do that might be stuck in the same boat.

What you are feeling is valid, friend. Never forget that. What I would do is meditate sleep and focus on self care. Try to find what makes you happy and what you are good at and master it. Use it as a crutch to walk on when you are not well emotionally. That friend is how I beat my ADD and I no longer am emotionally compromised I’m actually kinda happy. Maybe it will work for you, king. Please take care of yourself.
