Looking for Adderall Alternatives for Studying Abroad

Hello! So I have been taking Adderall XR (10mg in the morning, 5mg afternoon) for the past year and a half, and while I can’t say it’s perfect, I’m definitely doing better with it- but I’m going to study abroad in Germany this year, and I’ve been seeing how it’s illegal or at least not given out. I’ll still be talking to my doctor about it before I go, but I want to be prepared just in case I can’t take it, so are there any like natural alternatives that you know to work?

i studied abroad in italy and had no problem getting them in with a doctors note and keeping them in the original prescribed bottle if that’s any help

I hope that will be the case for me as well! I tried looking on Google and Reddit and stuff, but I could only find people who were going like 3-6 months and not a whole year. I’m just concerned about the length especially
