      I'll have to make me a weighted heating pad. I can't stand much weight on my stomache though.

      Yes!!! I haven't even had mine for a month and it has been a huge game changer. I got mine off of Amazon for about $30. Definitely worth it!

      I usually use a weighted heating pad and sit really far forward or lay in the fetal position

      A heating pad usually helps, if I’m super full and bloated sometimes walking to get things moving, lying on the left side can also help promote digestion.
