Need help with stomach pain from gastroparesis

Anyone know how to ease stomach pain that comes with gastroparesis? I was diagnosed in 2020, and up until now stomach pain wasn’t a symptom I experienced. But as of this past month I’ve been having awful stomach pains and there’s nothing I know of that helps ease it !

My stomach pain is awful too. I’m sorry you’re struggling! I don’t have any answers - I just curl up in a ball with my heating pad. I would love to hear tips too. I hope you get some relief soon!

Hear me out before calling me crazy, it actually helps me if I do crunches because it engages your core. My muscles eventually get tired and stop spasming. Heating packs will help temporarily. The main thing is keeping stress levels to a minimum

I hadn't had REAL bad pains until the last week... as we speak I'm curled up in bed with a heating pad... I feel like I'm having labor contractions ... it's been REALLY bad the last 24-48hrs

If it gets worse go to the emergency room. I go to the emergency room when my pain gets really really really bad and they have to give me Dilaudid through the IV with benadryl and reglan and it helps

I already do that, I eat less than a toddler 🥲 I try and have a few small meals a day and snack I’m between and I don’t really manage that most days
