My heating pad saves my life when I’m in pain! Its like a warm hug for your tummy. Might want to also try the Nerva app, it’s guided hypotherapy. Very relaxing. Didn’t fix my problems but it helped. Costs money but worth a try. If not maybe meditation. good luck and feel better ☺️💕
