Does anyone have any tips for abdominal pain? I know thats so broad but it feels like it is originating from just above my ribs and it spread down all over my abdomin. I am hesitant to take gas x in case it is trapped gas but I am in so much pain. I have been glued to a heating pad for the past 48 hours and I am struggling.
