I've gone through that phase. It's part of stress. In my opinion it's a better alternative for different things. But it's not the healthiest alternative though. So personally it's up to how you feel. If you're not feeling good or you're not liking how you look or fit in your clothes, then you can of course slowly use substitution methods for trading out unhealthy foods for healthy ones. That's pretty much what I've done. I have a medical condition but it's the same principle. I mainly go off scale when my time of the month comes and then I'm back to eating my normal protein packed meals and veggie snacks
