I’ve been using my job as an excuse not to eat. I’m “busy” so I “just forgot” but “I’ll eat when I get home”. Or I’ll eat a few bites here and there when someone is around. The last few weeks have been particularly stressful and hectic at work and I can feel it taking a toll (I have a physically active job so there’s that too). I noticed my clothes were fitting a little better and I was immediately triggered back into bad habits. Now it’s starting to be a struggle to make myself eat again. Any advice to make eating….easier?
