idk if this is gonna get any responses, but I've been feeling really unmotivated recently, I dropped out of school in November, and I've quit 3 jobs since. I can't get myself to put in applications or do my GED studies, I don't know how to get and stay motivated for things like work
Sometimes finding motivation can be difficult, but one thing that helps me is positive affirmations. If you ever want to chat about it, feel free to message me đ¤
I often have zero motivation as well. When it does come though, I try to do as much as possible. Do you have times or days when you feel any type of motivation? For example when the weather is âperfectâ or youâve had a decent day?
Sunny days help me to get things done. Rainy days leaves me feeling drained. However, not all sunny days are good for me because if my body is exhausted from no sleep, working, stress, etc I still have no motivation. I suffer with Fibromyalgia, so if a good day comes I overdo it by trying to fit in all I can, then I am exhausted for a few days thereafter.
