I have severe arthritis of my shoulders and now i have hip pain too. My arthritis is spreading. Im doing physical therapy for now for my shoulders. I get very depressed at times and dont know how to deal with the pain all day long. Is there anyone who feels the way i do and if yes how do you deal with it. Thank you Nina123

My pain caused depression and anxiety also. I have since been healed of my anxiety! I still cry almost every day. It has a lot to do with my husband. He snaps at me at unexpected times. I try too hard to appease him. Being on pain meds all the time, is made worse when you run out! I am out, for whatever reason, I don't know! I have to deal with increased pain and withdrawals together. I don't like running out! I find that listening to music, and videos that make me happy enough that I forget some of the pain.

@Reallyhopeful you dont have to live with pain. When i do the physical therapy it definitely helps me. You should look to strengthen the muscles around the area of pain. As for your husband snapping at you and you being hurt mentally and emotionally because of it, you should speak to a therapist about how to deal with the situation. I have been thru all of what you are going thru. Therapy does help. And putting yourself FIRST will be the first step towards healing.

@Nina123 thank you for replying. I do have to take more care of myself. I realize that. I need to talk to a counselor also. I have had therapy for years until 6 months or more ago. I found one recently, and have a appointment soon. I am hopeful she can help me.

I feel you is what I was trying to say 🙏. Believe it when I tell you, that this body is only temporary! If you are a believer in Christ, you will receive a new body that will never die, or hurt, or cry again! Be patient just alittle longer!

@Reallyhopeful even though we know that but sometimes its just that you are in so much pain and thats when you start thinking negative. And its hard to push away those negative thoughts. You have to be so so strong mentally to think otherwise

😥 I am so sorry that you also are in pain all the time. When it is at a better hour, I would like to offer some hope. I too have chronic and constant pain almost every part of my body.

@Reallyhopeful Today wasnt a bad day for me. Even though i had to work extra hours. Walked my 10k steps too. Taking protein shake helped me with energy. Hope you are feeling better

@Nina123 I can't remember to carry a phone to measure my steps. I used to have different Fitbits. The last two, didn't last a week. I don't buy them anymore! There is new laws to give us "pain-relief" seekers some help. I have osteoarthritis almost everywhere. I had a knee replacement and carpel tunnel surgery. I will never have a knee replacement again. I found a doctor that gave me pain relief so I don't need the surgery now! What kind of pain medicine are you on, if any?
