Feeling Hopeless with Chronic Pain

Being 23 and having this condition when explaining it to doctors or other professionals they ask am I under any consultants and when I say no they tell me to get referred but when I get referred I get told my condition doesn't meet there criteria or there us two long of a wait

I'm the exact same and i recently got diagnosed with osteoarthritis this year I'm devastated as I'm also in my 30s

I know how it is to have pain all the time. I have a hard time keeping my apartment clean and laundry done up. So it piles up until I have to do it and then I hurt worse for several days afterward. My 70 year old mother gets around better than I do. It's depressing. I just wanted to let you know that I know what you're dealing with because I live with it everyday.❤️

I know Ur pain hun....I've been living with pain since I was 22yrs old & am now 45 almost 46....I feel 80 most days

I hear ya girl and you are not alone! Millions of us are suffering from chronic pain while it's different for each person. I just started with a pain clinic and they understand how I feel! How amazing that is....maybe you could get a referral from your doc to a pain clinic.

Listen to your body and rest. Sometimes that's all you can do. You just have to take care of you first. It's a hard adjustment to make. ❤️❤️❤️
