For POTS I personally like Liquid IV or other electrolyte mixes. I mixed it into water and it gave me more energy and lessened my symptoms. For migraines, I typically either take Ibuprofen or Walgreens headache relief. It's a mixture of acetaminophen (Tylenol), asprin (anti-inflammatory), caffeine, and other pain relievers. The pills are a little big but they're gel so it's easy going down, coming from someone who has a hard time swallowing pills.
