Looking for Home Remedies for Migraines and Vertigo

I've tried almost all meds medicaid will pay for. I now get vertigo with my migrianes due to my pots also.. does any home remedies help??

A shower chair, compression socks and sleeves, electrolytes (I like nuun tablets and they are very affordable compared to other options), and idk if medicare covers IV fluids, but it has been a life saver for my vertigo
