Every time I break my fasting diet I feel horrible and distressed. Like am losing it. But then if I keep going with the great fasting progress I feel better but just hungry and I mean really hungry. So now I use electrolytes to help with my hunger. Also I do love Chinese food. Whenever I’m full I still wanna eat but then I get slightly emotional and continue eating until I cannot anymore.

Hi, I think you might benefit from going to a nutritionist and building a menu of things you both like and can eat. That way you won't feel bad about what you eat and still maintain a balanced menu without fasting for too long.
