Struggling with Appetite: Anyone Else?

When I first got Sick in September I did not eat for 2 weeks lost 20 pounds. Since then I eat one meal a day pretty much , I get full and don’t really have an appetite. Does anyone else have the same issue?

      @Frustrated yes me too most of the time! Idk mine fluctuates alot. I eat fast bc the feeling of being full digusts me so much. When i was in full blown ED recovery i would only eat while watching something, with a warm drink, nd have a heating pad on my stomach after. it helped me alleviate the full feeling. I wonder if this could help? It helped me start to eat regularly

      I never thought about these being connected :( I also have ovarian pain and cysts so rly my whole lower half of my body hurts. my s.o has to get me to eat some days. Sometimes i will eat a lot one day and then barely eat for the next 4ish days in a row :/

      I get full very quickly to the point I feel like I am going to vomit
