I think something inside me is forming an eating disorder or generally worsens my relationship with food. i don't know how to feel about it, I already feel so defeated these couple days, and I have had to physically soothing myself during my meals...

@Juliane stick to safe foods! Remember any food is better than no food. Eating at the same time everyday helps me. Put effort into getting better sleep. Eat slow. I also try to distract myself while I eat with a show or something! Having a sweet carbonated drink also really helps me eat on hard to eat days (idk why but can’t hurt to mention). Is it your appetite fluctuating / trouble feeling hunger cues or more like less and less foods give u dopamine? My appetite is drastically different week to week and knowing why and what is affecting it helps me know what a solution might be.
