Insatiable Hunger: Tips Needed
I'm actually unsure of what to put this post under (tags) but recently I've been so insanely hungry. I've eaten so much and my stomach keeps growling, I feel lightheaded, and just so insanely hungry. I know it's not because I'm sick or full, I'm still hungry. I've tried everything. Protein shakes, medicine, even trying to ignore it but I can't. I feel so weak and I've eaten so much, but I'm still hungry. I've cried over this so many times and honestly I'm exhausted. I can't take a nap to ignore it because I'm too hungry. I feel like I'm being starved and it's nauseating. Tips please?? I'm so tired

This is the kind of thing you should get a blood test for, your body might just be a bit deficient in something it's probably trying to make up for an issue with iron or your metabolism

I have this as an eating disorder response. When I am not coping I switch between complete restriction and being constantly hungry. My psychologist once told me that hunger cues are often not a reminder of real hunger. They are often an emotional response to a stressor. For example, when we are super depressed about something our hunger acts accordingly. I'm not sure if I totally believe this but it does seem to have some truth to it.
