just had a (much needed) video call w my psychiatrist. we’re upping my meds, possibly adding a new one, and finding me a therapist. I just moved and started a full-time job so it has been difficult to find a therapist that has evening sessions. my psychiatrist did tell me that if I get any worse I need to go to the hospital, she was also hinting at starting out-patient hospital work. I think I need to go to the hospital (i’m not going to self harm or CS but I am so sad) but I dont at the same time.
