I'm really upset with my life right now and I'm off my meds and I can feel myself spiraling but I hate my psychiatrist office so much. They're all so nice but they just keep cycling through therapists and psychiatrists and I don't think I can get the help I really need. I don't think my medication is right I don' t think my diagnoses are right and I don't feel I have the capability to deal with who I need to deal with and do what I need to do to figure this out. I really need help.
