Hospital Visit and Positive Changes

I went to the hospital cpep stuff. It sucked while waiting for a psychiatrist but in the end I had some great conversations with other people in similar situations and heard some advice from them and got advice from social workers and psychiatrists. They helped move up my counseling appointment date and my friends are letting me go on a trip next week where I hope to prove I’m going to open up more to them about things. I sent a text to a group chat and got a lot of support. My girlfriend and her sister today dyed my hair (which I always wanted). I finally was forceful with some boundaries I should’ve set long ago with my grandmother. My father admits he needs to see someone and is going to try soon. I feel internally better and think that even though the hospital sucked, it was the slap in the Face I needed to try and work even harder to get better.
